"Quality Time: Igniting the Flame of Intimacy and Passion in Your Relationship"

Prioritizing quality time in a relationship means setting aside dedicated moments to connect with your partner on a deeper level. In today's fast-paced world, it's easy to get caught up in work, household responsibilities, and other commitments, leaving little time for meaningful interactions. By intentionally carving out quality time, you demonstrate to your partner that they are a priority in your life and that you value the relationship Here are a few key aspects to consider when prioritizing quality time: 1. Schedule Regular Date Nights: Set a specific day or evening each week or month for a date night. It can be as simple as going out for dinner, watching a movie together, or engaging in an activity you both enjoy. This dedicated time allows you to focus solely on each other and strengthens your emotional bond. 2. Minimize Distractions: During your quality time together, make a conscious effort to minimize distractions. Put away electronic devices, turn off the TV, and c...

WHAT DOES THE BIBLE SAY ABOUT LOVE?

The Bible has a great deal to say about love. In fact, the Bible says that “God is love”. In other words, love is a fundamental characteristic of who God is. Everything God does is influenced by His love. The Bible uses several different words for “love” in the Hebrew and Greek, interchanging them depending on context. Some of these words mean “affectionate love”; others indicate “friendship”

The Bible gives many examples of love: The caring love of Ruth and Naom. When you read in the book of Ruth 1: 16-17 you will see good words that Ruth was telling her mother in law, Naom. She says: “Don’t urge me to leave you or to turn back from you. Where you go I will go, and where you stay I will stay. Your people will be my people and your God my God. Where you die I will die, and there I will be buried. May the Lord deal with me, be it ever so severely, if even death separates you and me.” Here you can see a caring love that she had for her mother in law.

The other example is of the deep friendship of David and Jonathan. They were real friends as the bible says. To describe their love for each other, the bible says in 1 Samuel 18:1 that Jonathan became one in spirit with David and he loved him as himself. We also see the poetic and passionate love of Solomon and the Shulamite. This Shulamite was from Shulem. It has been said that she is the woman that King Solomon loved so much and passionately and it has been said that she is the one he talks about in the book of song of Solomon. When you read this book you will see how he says how beautiful she is, her good behaviors and how much he loves her. Song 4:1–15. It is very clear that Solomon loved the Shulammite. Gotquestions.org says that the Shulamite was Solomon’s first and truest love before he sinned by adding many other wives.

There is another example of love that the bible tells us. The enduring commitment of Hosea to Gomer. Hosea loved Gomer so much and he was so patient to her though she was sex worker. But this Gomer represent the Islaelite. Another love example that the bible tells us is the fatherly love of Paul for Timothy and John for the church.

And of course the Bible also talks about the sacrificial, saving love of Christ to us. John 3:16 says: “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” Which tells us that God’s love influenced him to save us. God loves us so much and he doesn’t love us because we deserve it, he just loves us. And Roman 5:8 confirms that he loved us even if we didn’t deserve his love. This verse says: “But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”

The Bible says that, since true love is part of God’s nature, God is the source of love. Any love we have for God is simply a response to His sacrificial love for us. It is not our nature to love God, but by the influence of his love on us, we love him back. You too can receive this God’s love that he loved us and gave us his only son to die for us so that we can come from eternal death to eternal life. So there is nothing else you can respond to this love except receiving this love and believe in your heart that Jesus is the child of God who died for our sins, he rises from the dead and you will be with him in the kingdom of heaven.

By concluding, know that nothing can separate us to God’s love. Romans 8:38-39 Thank you for being with me in this topic talking about what the bible says about love. I hope to see you next time. Please remember to subscribe to my YouTube channel to see videos that are related to this articles.

10 Things Single people Should Do To Prepare for Marriage

My advice and encouragement for single people by Odile Mbabazi Everyone’s journey that leads up to marriage is different. Some of us meet and marry young, others experience relationship losses that eventually lead us to the one we commit to, and others spend much of their lives single before deciding to marry. Though each story may be different, there are some things anyone who is hoping to marry can do to ready their hearts for a relationship that was designed to last a lifetime. Marriage is a gift from God but it also holds up a mirror to your own character in a way that can be challenging. Being ready to lay down some of yourself to better love another is an important part of readying your heart for marriage. The Bible does have a lot to say about preparing for marriage. Although we won't include every Bible verse below, we'll include a sampling of what Scripture says about this: 1 Corinthians 13:4-7: "Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not ar...
